BOAT TEST DAY SARAWAK STATE FIRE AND RESCUE DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA TO FACING THE EAST SEA MONSOON

The Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) has held a Boat Testing Day to face the Northeast Monsoon which is expected at the end of this year to early next year.

For the Kuching Zone, the activity was held from Kampung Bako to Bako National Park. The activity was led by YS PKPjB Datu Khirudin bin Drahman@Hussaini, Director of the Sarawak State Fire and Rescue Department. This morning's program also involved SWART Auxiliary Fire Officers (PBB), Bako Indah Volunteer Fire Team (PBS) and the media, which involved a total of 39 people.

Among the objectives of this test is to ensure the readiness of the department's assets in a state of readiness as well as to improve the competence of the department's boat pilots and members.

Also present at the program were Mr. Mohamad Assamin, Park Ranger and PgKB I Henderi bin Ardimansyah, Assistant Director of the Sarawak State Fire and Rescue Operations Division.
