YS PPjB Jainal@Zainal bin Madasin, Director of Kelantan State JBPM delivered a speech at the Opening Ceremony of the Basic Training Course for the Certification of Auxiliary Fire Officers (PBB) JBPM Series 3 of 2024. The program began by inspecting the parade consisting of 52 trainees involving 3 states, namely 29 trainees from Kelantan State, 13 trainees from Terengganu State and 10 trainees from Perlis State. The course started on 22/9/2024 to 1/10/2024 at the Bachok Fire and Rescue Station. Also present were YABrs. Hj. Shamsul bin Abu Bakar, Head of Bachok District, YS PgKB I Mohd Zaidi bin Hj. Maat, Director of Perlis State JBPM, PgKB I Ahmad Adli bin Hj. Abdul Rahman, Head of the Voluntary and Auxiliary Fire Management Branch, Fire and Rescue Operations Division, Lieutenant Muhaday Nithatnawadaychakul, Head of Strategy and Management of the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, Narathiwat Province, Thailand, PgKB II Muhammad Basri bin Kamarazaman, Assistant Director of the Operations Division, Terengganu State JBPM, ASP Mohd Yusrizal bin Mohd Ghazali, Acting Deputy Chief of Police Bachok District, Assistant State Director, Zone Chief and Station Chief. The ceremony ended with a press conference, photo session and banquet.
