Process During Interview Day
Candidates must complete a release of liability letter before taking any test. Candidates are required to undergo a physical endurance test.
HIGH
Not less than 1.57m (men) and 1.53m (women) without wearing shoes.
BODY WEIGHT
Not less than 48kg (men) and 46kg (women) without wearing clothes (for men) and rubber shoes/boots.
CHEST SIZE
Have a normal chest measurement of at least 79cm and 84cm when inhaling. Women are excluded.
VISION TEST
Vision test with a resolution of V/6/9. The distance between the chart and the candidate is 20 feet without the aid of glasses or contact lenses.
COLOR RECOGNITION
Color recognition of all specified colors.
HEARING TEST
Prescribed hearing test.
WEIGHT LIFTING TEST
FIRE LADDER ELEVATION TEST
ROPE CLIMBING TEST
STAIR CLIMBING TEST
