6 May 2023 – SATURDAY: The 9th “Malaysia Madani” Fire and Rescue Department 2023 Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia's Run with Firefighters Program was held at Sultan Azlan Shah Roundabout, Meru Raya, Ipoh today. The program, jointly organized by PERSKEB JBPM Perak and the National Youth and Sports Department, was attended by 3,000 participants and was officiated by the YB Minister of the Ministry of Development and Local Government (KPKT), Tuan Nga Kor Ming. Also enlivening the program were the Secretary-General of KPKT, Dato' Noor Azman bin Taib, Director-General of JBPM, YAS Dato' Abdul Wahab bin Hj. Mat Yasin, Deputy Director-General (Operations) of JBPM, YS Dato' Edwin Galan Teruki, Director of JBPM Perak, YS PKPjB Azmi bin Osman, senior department officers and invited guests.
