YS PPjB Jainal@Zainal bin Madasin, Director of the Kelantan State Fire and Rescue Department, was present to officiate the Closing Ceremony of the Kelantan State Fire and Rescue Department's Innovative and Creative Group (KIK) Convention 2023. Also present were Assistant Division Directors, Zone Heads, Station Heads and Senior Kelantan State Fire and Rescue Department Officers.

This KIK competition involved a total of 9 KIK groups at the station and zone 2 office level, through a combination of 2 and 3 nearby fire stations.

 2 KIK invited jury panels were invited to evaluate the project scoring of each KIK group that competed. The Panel Leader was Mr. Husaini bin Ab. Razab (Senior Registrar) from UiTM Machang, and the KIK Technical Panel was PgKB II Khairul Ariffin bin Che Rahim (Head of Zone 1) of Kelantan State Fire and Rescue Department.
