On January 24, 2024, a course was held between the Kedah State Agriculture Department & Yan District with the Yan BBP, District Office and local community.

This course provides new knowledge to members and participants in HYDROPONICS agricultural management.

A total of 35 participants including Balai members attended this course. Also present was the Technical Director of the Kedah State Agriculture Department.

Close cooperation between the Yan District Agriculture Office has successfully implemented rice planting projects, sweet and fragrant mango planting and, most recently, hydroponic farming.
