After this is called “Organization”.

2. The registered place of business and correspondence address of the Society's meetings may not be changed without the prior permission of the Registrar of Societies.
CLAUSE 3 PURPOSE AND GOALS
The purpose of this organization is to provide financial assistance to members or their dependents in the event of death, illness or natural disasters among them.
ARTICLE 4 MEMBERSHIP
Membership of this organization is open to Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department personnel residing in Malaysia aged 18 years and above or not more than 60 years of age.
Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department personnel who wish to become members must apply and register their name, the name of their dependents complete with age and address to the Secretary. The Committee Meeting has the authority to approve or reject applications to become members.
CLAUSE 5 TERMINATION AND DISMISSAL OF MEMBERS
The dismissal of Committee Members and the election of their replacements may be carried out at a Special General Meeting. The Committee Meeting may appoint acting members for positions vacant due to Committee Members who resign or die.
ARTICLE 6 FINANCIAL RESOURCES
6.1 Fees
6.1.1 Every new member must pay a registration fee of RM10.00 per person to become a member.
6.1.2 Every member must pay a monthly fee of RM2.00.
6.1.3 RM0.40 sen from the monthly membership fee shall be used for administrative expenses. This account shall be separated from the fund's finances.
6.1.4 Members who do not pay their monthly fees for 3 consecutive months or 3 times in a year without any reasonable reason will be deemed to have ceased to be members and their names will be removed from the member register.
6.1.5 Members who quit or are dismissed or transferred from the Fire and Rescue Department will automatically have their membership terminated from this association.
6.2 Financial Contributions:
6.2.1 Contributions - external financial contributions, whether from individuals or associations, can be accepted by this fund to be used as fund money.

ARTICLE 19 BENEFITS
Assisting members in the event of death of themselves, their spouse, or registered adopted children;
Assist members who have been involved in accidents that result in injuries resulting in limb deformities;
Assisting members who suffer losses and property losses due to accidents such as fires or natural disasters such as floods or typhoons;

CLAUSE 20 HELP METHOD
Death:
Upon death of a member – RM 3,000.00
Upon the death of a member's wife/husband – RM 2,000.00
For the death of a member's child with a disability (OKU) – RM 1,000.00
Limb Disability :-
For bodily disability due to accident or illness resulting in loss of remuneration RM 2,000.00
For bodily disability due to accident, no loss of remuneration of RM 600.00
Natural Disasters :-
For losses and property losses due to accidents such as fire or natural disasters such as typhoons which result in losses of RM5,000.00 and above RM 1000.00
